CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing the order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed.

RETURNS (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTES
- Custom-order or personalized items do not have the right to a 14-day refund and are not eligible for return unless defective.
- If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind), the consumer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee shall be based on the shipping carrier you choose.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet:
1. First, check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
