1. How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

2. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

3. How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

4. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:
- Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
- Check with your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

5. How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it, as long as the product has not been shipped or produced. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $49.00 or more. For orders under $49.00, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies.

7. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 7-15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs clearance.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.

11. Are your fitness products safe to use?

We take product safety seriously. All our fitness equipment is manufactured to high quality standards. However, we recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise regimen, and always follow the assembly and usage instructions provided with your product. Inspect your equipment before each use and do not use if damaged.

12. Can I change or update my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or update your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage.
